A St. Regis Signature
Commitment to excellence since 1904
Experience the luxury of the Butler Team at The St. Regis Rome.
The St. Regis Butler Service has been a treasured hallmark of the St. Regis experience since the very first guests were welcomed in 1904 when Colonel John Jacob Astor IV, debuted his hotel, The St. Regis New York. His vision, creating “the finest hotel in the world” - exceptional service by an equally exceptional staff. This commitment to excellence was personified by the signature St. Regis Butler, who embodied that spirit then and still does today.
Time, after all, is the ultimate luxury

I was a little surprise at the amenities afforded to Lifetime Platinum members. We had two rooms and normally one of the Platinum offers is free breakfast for two. We choose this option. One room I paid for the other I used my points. The free breakfast was only offered for the paid room. The free room apparently does not receive any Platinum amenities. First time this happens in my over 20+ years experience with SPG.
