As an SPG Platinum member, I strongly recommend this top notch property in Rome. The room, common areas and staff were great -- esp. Elizabeth at the Front Desk, Mario the Concierge, and Chiara/Giovanni with the Butler Service. I stayed in an Ambassador suite and it was great.
